This page describes privacy-relevant behavior for Superbuy Spreadsheet (superbuyspreadsheets.net). It is plain-language site documentation, not a certification claim.

What this site does not intentionally run

• No Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• No Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• No advertising pixels (including Meta Pixel)
• No Hotjar or similar session-replay trackers
• No user accounts
• No checkout or site-side payment processing

Tools and browser processing

Planning tools (Shipping Weight Calculator, Total Cost Calculator, QC Checklist, Product Link Preflight) run in the browser. Product Link Preflight looks up the local catalog snapshot and does not submit entered URLs to an external validation API.

Core calculations do not require a server-side form post. These tools do not use browser localStorage or sessionStorage for persistence in the current build.

Contact channels

If you email, message on WhatsApp, or post via community links listed on Contact, those providers process your message under their own practices. This site does not operate a server-side contact form database.

Hosting and request metadata

Ordinary website hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request data (such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps) in logs needed to operate the service. This page does not claim that “absolutely no information” is ever processed by infrastructure.

External destinations

Links that leave this site—including product destinations and official Superbuy pages—are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices. Clicks to external destinations are not processed as a Superbuy Spreadsheet checkout.

Cookies

This site does not intentionally set optional advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting or browser behavior may still occur as part of normal web delivery. No separate cookie-consent banner is presented because this project does not deploy optional tracking cookies.
